My head hurts, I think my body’s in “shock.” Hah.

My friend Gaby just participated in the ING marathon in Miami this morning— rather, the half-marathon, but that is just incredible to me. I believe she finished in under 1 hr 50 min.
I told her that I’d run a half-marathon with her some day, but to give me however long that’d take. :)

Just got back from a run!
My goodness, I am out of shape— but I was only too happy to run around listening to Tangled. I was amused when I was getting close to home when the track grew ever so dark and foreboding.
I’ve a lot to do if I want to look decent for my friends’ wedding this weekend!

I arrived home this evening a lot more sober than last night.
Gaby and I had ventured to Blue Martini in Boca, which turned out to be where the Boca elite would flock to on Friday nights, i.e., people a lot older than we, and I felt so young and out of place. But with a s’mores martini (as previously pictured) I felt a little better. Only so much so.
