I stayed up late trying to figure out this stupid Omerta English patch. No, no… Let me just… Ugh. I’ll do better tomorrow. Sleep.

Just rescued Allysa this morning, she’d locked herself out of her car. Used my triple-A, we chilled out in my car for the meanwhile and discussed the hospital (she’s a nurse), the impending zombie apocalypse, things like that. Apparently she’d rather be eaten whereas I’d fight for my life. Nonetheless, I’d probably try to save all my family and friends. Anyway, lots...

The moment when Harry takes Draco's wand
J. K. Rowling: I said to Arthur, my American editor - we had an interesting conversation during the editing of seven - the moment when Harry takes Draco's wand, Arthur said, God, that's the moment when the ownership of the Elder wand is actually transferred? And I said, that's right. He said, shouldn't that be a bit more dramatic? And I said, no, not at all, the reverse. I said to Arthur, I think it really puts the elaborate, grandiose plans of Dumbledore and Voldemort in their place. That actually the history of the wizarding world hinged on two teenage boys wrestling with each other. They weren't even using magic. It became an ugly little corner tussle for the possession of wands. And I really liked that - that very human moment, as opposed to these two wizards who were twitching strings and manipulating and implanting information and husbanding information and guarding information, you know? Ultimately it just came down to that, a little scuffle and fistfight in the corner and pulling a wand away.
Melissa Anelli: It says a lot about the world at large, I think, about conflict in the world, it's these little things -
J. K. Rowing: And the difference one individual can make. Always, the difference one individual can make.

784 more to go. WOO. Why on earth didn’t I start on these sooner?  Several reasons. But I’m trying to get it done before Friday, so I can say that it technically didn’t take me a month to get it done and uploaded, hahaha. I’ll admit, it takes me forever to edit and upload. That’s another reason I probably wouldn’t enter into it professionally. I just...

patheticfangirl: This is my letter to angry fanboys. First, let it be known that I love most fanboys. When I go to a con, most of the guys there are respectful. They share a passion with me, and that’s awesome. We’re all on a rock floating through space with little connection to most of…

I’m going to make myself follow my dreams! I might be older by that time, but at least I won’t have any regrets, plus I won’t live vicariously through my children, haha. I want my children to follow their dreams and be happy, too!

So I’m about to do my cardio workout thing (i.e., do the cardio dvd I have since a) it’s really late outside and b) it was raining earlier) and I’m so frakkin’ hungry like I really just have a massive cheat day but I think that’d end up being a problem, haha. LET”S GO! Exercise through the hunger! RARARARARH.
